Who is Shan Roberts and the IE Homefinder Team

I grew up here in Meadowood Village Cucamonga and started my real estate career at Century 21 Beachside in Meadowood Village.  As a resident since 1986, with a majority of my family living here, I have been privy to watch the Meadowood Village Cucamonga area grow into the bustling community it is today.

After I married I moved to Laguna Niguel where I opened my own real estate company know as The OC Homefinder team in South Orange County. The OC Homefinder team grew to be one of the largest online real estate companies in South OC area, with over 70 website dedicated to real estate and lending.

Always looking to grow and expand my company I have been seeking to find an area to expand my companies reach. So I started to research trending cities that people were moving to. After much research, I saw that Meadowood Village Cucamonga had amazing growth potential. This seemed like the perfect city for me to expand in. One, it was now one of the most desirable cities in Inland Empire, and two, the fact that I grew up in the area and know it like the back of my hand led me to the easy decision to open up my real estate service here in the Meadowood Village Cucamonga.  And with that I was home again, and the IE Homefinder Team was created.
